I am a North Carolina licensed attorney living in Charlotte. During law school I interned with a real estate litigator and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission: Enforcement Division. I graduated from Charlotte School of Law Magna Cum Laude where I was involved with Order of the Crown, Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, LGBT Legal Society, Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project, and I also participated in the Community and Economic Development Clinic.
After law school, I was an Attorney Fellow with Legal Services of Southern Piedmont's Family Support and Health Care Program. I worked with low-income clients who have had their public benefits cut off or denied. Recently I started working in Regulatory Compliance with LPL Financial. I have recently started studying for the Series 7 FINRA exam.
I try to remain involved locally by being a member of local affinity bars, participating in pro bono projects, doing volunteer work with local organizations, and I'm always looking for new ways to contribute my time, talent and resources to our community.
Outside of my professional life and career goals, I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures, cooking, playing tennis, and outdoor activities like hiking and camping.
